Television Airtime Services Sdn Bhd (TAS) was incorporated under the Malaysian Companies Act on November 17, 1992. It has a paid-up capital of RM 11.5 million and an authorised capital of RM 25 million. TAS has established itself as a premier media group offering fully diversified services to the broadcasting and advertising industry. 

The TAS Group of Companies is well positioned to capitalise on the convergence of Broadcasting, Telecommunications and Information Technology. Today, TAS assumes the enviable position of being a dominant player in a competitive industry with significant strengths in broadcasting and advertising related activities, which include airtime management services, production and information technology.

In 2006 TAS has undertaken a restructuring exercise with the entry of new shareholders as follows :
